Itinerary

Fri 31 Oct – Check-in at The Intercontinental Hotel from 3pm and meet your Sports Travel Downunder Reps

Sat 1 Nov – After breakfast, we will visit the marathon expo, then the day is yours to enjoy. Join the “Hop on and off Bus” tour and see the sights of Auckland or unwind before race day!

Sun 2 Nov – Race Day! Enjoy an early race day breakfast where we will have a race briefing, we then make our way to the start line. We will meet you at the race finish area and take you back to our hotel to relax and rest. Later on join us for a post race celebration drink, the night is then yours to enjoy in vibrant Auckland. With amazing bars and restaurants to choose from your race celebrations won’t disappoint!

Mon 3 Nov – Check-out at 11am. We wish you a safe trip home or take some more time to explore this beautiful part of the world!

Awards

Everyone who finishes will receive a finisher medal. Prize money will be awarded to the top three men & women in the marathon & half-marathon.

Reservations and Payments

A completed tour application along with a deposit of $500 per person must be received when booking before confirming your reservation. Final payment is due by 2 October 2025 Once we receive your deposit we will send the race link to book your spot

Cancellations

All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable

Insurance

Trip cancellation, baggage, health, and accident insurance is highly recommended for all participants

All travellers must secure their own electronic visa to enter New Zealand and any required documentation
